I really like this mask because
1. its really cheap
2. it gets the skin really clean
3. it doesn't dryout the skin
My husband has really oily skin and i have fairly dry skin but it still works great for both of us. He uses it almost everynight, but I only use it once a week or whenever I feel like my pores are starting to get buildup.
I also use this on my back (followed by a sand scrub) for the beach season or before wearing a low-back dress because it really makes the skin look clean/bright with a healthy glow.

This is the first clay mask I've ever used, so I can't speak on comparing it to other masks on the market.
It has a nice, somewhat strong scent, and is very creamy and goes on smooth. I did have some trouble keeping it from streaking, leaving the mask a bit thicker in some areas, but overall it went on fine.
It tightens some while drying, but not uncomfortably. It burns and stings a little, nothing too bad, but I imagine more sensitive skin types wouldn't like it.
It leaves my skin feeling soft, and after using it for a few weeks, I've noticed improvement in my skin's appearance overall: less pimple breakouts, less redness. It doesn't close up pores all that much, but it's slightly noticeable.
Overall, I'd say it's a great buy for the price, but it's not a miracle-worker.

I have rosacea and it's very hard to find a product that doesn't aggravate it. I use this every Sunday and have had less flareups.

I picked up this masque on a whim. I'd been fairly happy with my department store brand clay mask, but this one seemed like fun, and was super-inexpensive. I applied the mask before a steamy bath. The mask didn't solidify or dry like normal due to the super-steamy bathroom, but was still effective. It's been effective drying completely as well.
The mask needs water to rinse off, unlike some clay masks that feel like you could just flake them off. My skin was noticeably clearer in appearance - pores were minimized and there appeared to be fewer blackheads for several days afterward.
This is the best budget beauty buy I've run across in a long time. This drugstore steal outperforms my favorite department store mask for less than 1/6 of the price. It may be that the discount price gives liberty to be generous with the product, or it may simply be more effective overall, but it's in my beauty cabinet to stay.

This mask is amazing. I use it every week and its just wonderful. It doesnt sting like most masks but you can feel it working. Its creamy and it smells good..its made of natural ingredients that are good for your skin. I definately recommend this product.
