I have really dark hair and it drives my crazy when my roots come in blazing white. I used to color my hair every 3 weeks! I used a product without the harsh chemicals from my favorite health food store but I still felt it was too much coloring. I finally found this product and it has really helped with having to feel like coloring my hair so much. Now I can wait up to 8 weeks. My hair is about 10% - 20% gray so it works for me right now. It is a good product and does a good job. Of course you have to apply it everytime after you shower (everyday) so I just add a couple more minutes into my morning routine to cover. It is just like applying mascara. You do have to be careful about clumping. Make sure you don't do this in the dark and look into a mirror with good light to catch any clumping.
